We are officially affiliated with CBL. Please review their Code of Conduct.

Code of Affiliate Conduct

When your clan, league or community accepts your affiliation you must agree to the Code of Conduct. If your clan, league or community breaches any section of this code, action could be taken in the form of revoking the affiliation. The CBL administrators reserve the right to change this agreement at any time without prior notification. You are required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the agreement and encouraged to check this page regularly. As long as you choose to hold your affiliation with the CBL you agree to uphold this agreement.

1.0 – Behaviour in and out of game
We expect all of our affiliates to act responsibly and respectfully when in-game, on our forums and in 3rd party forums like but not limited to youtube, Nexon, xfire, other Affiliate sites and non-affiliate sites (here after known as public forums). You agree to refrain from threats, harassing, intimidating, stalking or other inappropriate behaviour. Including excessive accusing of cheating or hacking.

1.1 – False Accusations
We require any complaint against any affiliate member to be documented in the form of video or in-game screen shot where appropriate. We do not take action without proof. You agree to fully document any complaint you have against another affiliate and submit the evidence to us.

1.2 – Clan Affiliate
As a clan affiliate this section covers the behaviour of all of your members. Should evidence be presented that one of your members has broken this section of the Code of Conduct we expect you to take action against this member. Depending on the severity of the incident this could be as little as disciplinary in clan action or outright dismissal from your clan.

If your leadership has breached this section of the Code of Conduct depending on the severity of the incident this could result in the immediate and unconditional termination of our affiliation without appeal.

1.3 – Community Affiliate
As a community affiliate this section primarily covers the behaviour of all of your staff members and administration. However this Code of Conduct is not limited to just your staff. We expect all of our affiliates to encourage a positive gaming experience and as community leaders we expect your behaviour to reflect this. Should one of your community members act inappropriately we ask that you discourage this kind of behaviour with a punishment suitable to the severity of the infraction.

Should one of your staff members breach this section of the Code of Conduct we expect disciplinary action against this member, depending on the severity of the incident this could be as little as disciplinary action with-in the community (demotion or suspension) up-to outright dismissal from the community.

If the leadership or administration breaches this section of the Code of Conduct we expect serious disciplinary action is taken or we reserve the right to terminate our affiliation without appeal.

1.4 – League Affiliate
As a League affiliate this section primarily covers the behaviour of all of your staff members and administration. However we will expect your leadership and administration to encourage this behaviour in all of your members and punish such behaviour where appropriate.

If the league administration or leadership has broken this section of the Code of Conduct we reserve the right to immediately terminate the affiliation without appeal.

1.5 – Conduct on 3rd Party Sites
We expect all affiliates to abide by 3rd party Terms of Service, EULA, or similar, including, but not limited to, youtube, xfire, or facebook. Should any member of your clan or community breach any part of this agreement we expect appropriate action to be taken against the member. Should any administration or leadership of the affiliate breach any of the 3rd party site agreements we reserve the right to terminate the affiliation.

2.0 – CBL Clean
For all types of affiliation we expect that your organization remains CBL clean. For clans this includes all members. For leagues and Communities this applies to all your staff and administration. Should one of your members, staff, or administration/leadership become CBL dirty you are given 72 hours to address the situation or remove the member. Failure to remove a CBL dirty member within the 72 hour grace period will result in your removal as affiliates. Should your clan, community or league remove the member after the 72 hour grace period you may reapply for affiliation after 30 days.

3.0 – CBL TeamSpeak
As an affiliate you will be invited to the CBL teamspeak. When in the teamspeak all of your members or staff must abide by the CBL teamspeak rules. All conduct while on the CBL teamspeak will be conducted with a mature and professional manner suitable for young children to hear. Any excessive disregard for this section of the Code of Conduct can result in disciplinary action up to revoking your affiliation.

3.1 – Access to CBL Teamspeak
We require that you do not distribute the CBL teamspeak information or password to any members of your community or the general public without prior authorization from a CBL manager or administrator. Breach of this section of the Code of Conduct will result in unconditional termination of our affiliation without chance to appeal.

3.2 – Authorized Representatives
Your administration, leadership and ACN contact person have our permission to join the CBL teamspeak. Our teamspeak is to be used for official contact only unless previously invited. We ask that unless we invite you to stay in the teamspeak you do not use the teamspeak for chatting while in-game, hosting a meeting (unless previously arranged by our management or administration) or any other reasons.

3.3 – How to Contact Staff on Teamspeak
We ask that you respectfully limit your messaging of Administrators or staff on our teamspeak. First attempt to prearrange a meeting with your staff contact person or the management by private message on the forums. This will provide you with the best assistance as we can guarantee to have staff available to help you. When you enter teamspeak at the prearranged time please wait patiently in the welcome channel and message your contact person once if they are on teamspeak. If they are not on teamspeak please wait until the arranged meeting time as they may be late before messaging other members.

3.4 – Staff No Show
If you prearranged a meeting with our staff and they did not show up to the meeting at the prearranged time first check your messages on the forum. They may be delayed or had to cancel. If you do not have a message from the staff member you had arranged to meet you may message a manager, if online, once. Be aware some of the management may be AFK in teamspeak or otherwise occupied and unable to assist. Only send one message to any management and wait for a response. If no management is around or able to assist you then message the staff you were meeting on the forums and include the Compliance Manager as they may be able to respond and help you.

3.5 – Emergency Contact
Should you encounter a situation which requires immediate contact with our management or administrators join teamspeak and message the administrators once each with a description of the situation and wait for them to respond.

3.6 – CBL Teamspeak Password
The password for our teamspeak will change often. We will provide this information to your ACN contact and the leadership of your clan, community or league only. Your ACN or leadership is responsible for distributing the password to authorized members of your clan, community or league. All password information will be distributed by private message on our forums.

4.0 – Cheating and Glitching
We expect all of our affiliates to respect and uphold the Terms of Service of any game. As such we will not accept any kind of cheating or abusing of Nexon's Terms of Service or forum announcements on game policy. This policy applies for any other game in which your community, clan or league is involved. This includes instructing or encouraging members or the community to act in a way that is deemed unacceptable by that game. Distributing or using cheats or hacking programs for any game. We expect the leadership or administration of any affiliate to take action against this type or behaviour. Should no action be taken or the affiliate's leadership or administration is involved in breaking any game's Terms of Service or similar agreement we reserve the right to terminate the affiliation immediately without the possibility for appeal.

5.0 – Affiliate Contact Network
The Affiliate Contact Network, hereafter ACN, is available to all affiliates to resolve complaints between affiliates in a calm manner on middle ground. The ACN is self moderated by the affiliates and all affiliates are expected to uphold our Code of Affiliate Conduct when using this system. The CBL staff will only intervene if the conflict becomes heated and will assist in defusing the conflict only. You agree to abide by the Code of Affiliate Conduct and the guidelines posted in the ACN forums.

6.0 – ACN Administration and Leadership
Should your ACN, leadership, or administration change at any time you are required to inform us immediately. Any new administrators or leadership are required to read and reply to the staff contact person that they read this agreement and agree to abide by it. Failure to do so can result in the termination of your affiliation.

6.1 – Verification of New Leadership or Administration
Any change in your leadership or administration requires that they get verified within 72 hours after they have officially been added. Your staff contact person can assist you with verification for new leadership or administration only.
